Is it the chest, the abs, or the obliques? You pick.

Fitness is a word being thrown around by so many so-called experts. These are common advices we've seen over and over again.

  1. If you eat four to five times a day, you will more likely have a higher metabolism than the ones who don't.
  2. Don't eat after 6:00 p.m.
  3. Always hydrate yourself. Drink eight glasses of water.
  4. Don't smoke.
  5. Do cardio at least three times a week.
  6. Blah Blah Blah.
I've been there... I've done that. It is never easy to get fit but I heard that whenever you workout, you really don't see the results until a week and a half has passed. There are many of us who quit before that because we don't see the results right away. If you stay with your regimen a little longer ( a few more days ), you would see the results and it will get you motivated.

I believe that the secret to getting back into shape is consistency. If you can be consistent for two weeks straight, you are more likely to achieve your goals when it comes to getting back into shape. There are so much information out there, it could make your head spin. If you stick with two-weeks and being consistent in your workout, you have a better chance of succeeding.

So, this week - promise yourself. Make one goal and achieve it. (i.e. 20 minutes on the treadmill, three times this week). Don't let anything get you off track. With that, the chest, the abs, or the obliques will follow. ;)

The face or the body? Which do you fancy?

When I look at men, what attracts me about them varies.  At times, I look at the gentleness of their faces and at other times, I look at its roughness.  And sometimes, the face doesn't even matter at all.  The contour of their bodies or the beauty of their stature captures my imagination.

So, if you're watching the Oscars right now... don't think about the answer too hard.  Just let me know at the comments section below when you get a chance..   Cheers and have a great week!
